I’m licensed as an Attorney, a Certified Public Accountant, and also a Certified Financial Planner. I’m also Board‑Certified as an Estate Planning Law Specialist by the ABA‑accredited Estate Law Specialist Board.
I also develop open source software on the side.
I’ve taught continuing education courses to attorneys around the country, have had articles on Bitcoin, self-directed IRAs, and tax planning published in Coindesk and Bitcoin Magazine, and have been featured in Bloomberg Tax.
I earned my BA With Honors from Rutgers University and my Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.
I restrict my boutique law practice to three areas: Bitcoin, Self-Directed IRAs and 401(k)s, and estate planning. This narrow focus is very intentional. As complex as most legal and tax issues are today, most clients benefit from a professional with deep knowledge in a very specific area.
I believe I’m a lot different from other lawyers and CPAs. My focus is multi-disciplinary, ranging from my credentials in the law, taxation, and finance, to my studies in the areas of cryptocurrency, efficiency and technology. When I put this all together, it means I see the big picture for my clients.
